BOERENERF MEETS LANDER CARDON

At Boerenerf, we believe that the strength of our community is our greatest asset. That is why we are always looking for talent within our own circle. Here, collaborations arise that are not only authentic but also reflect our values.

A perfect example of this is Lander Cardon, a passionate graphic artist and musician who has been part of our Boerenerf family for years. His artistic vision and creative energy make him the ideal partner to bring our latest projects to life. We asked Lander to design two unique artworks that serve as the basis for the labels of our new beers. These creations also form the heart of our special release: the Art Box.

The Art Box is more than a beer package; it is a celebration of art, craftsmanship, and community. Thanks to talents like Lander, we can continue to grow and inspire together. Because at Boerenerf, everything is about connection – in every glass, in every brushstroke.

ABOUT LANDER CARDON

Lander creates an atmosphere with his paintings in which his background as a sculptor is never far away. Images emerge in his works like megalithic structures that connect nature and architecture. This results in a unique universe where playful connections become visible between rough brushstrokes and sleek geometric forms.

Each painting invites the viewer to step inside and experience the landscapes in a personal way.

During that dreamy wandering, through exploring his paintings and observing earlier works, Lander continues to find new inspiration and new creations keep emerging.

Together with Ward Dhoore, he forms the Zonderland art collective, an audiovisual project in which Lander Cardon's visual art and Ward Dhoore's accompanying soundtracks merge.

In addition to painting, Lander has a passion for creating organic tattoos. These flow over the skin and accentuate the movement of each unique body part, like an extra layer based on the personal story of the client. They emphasise form and feeling, movement and elegance, strength and softness, the explosive as well as the subdued. These tattoo sessions are almost inevitably linked to the ritual process of change.
